Approach
There is truly no one-size-fits-all approach or answer when it comes to health. This is why I take time with each client to dig deep into your health history, lifestyle, and signs and symptoms. All of these things together help me decode your symptoms so we can get to the root cause of your issues. I take a holistic, whole-body approach that focuses on nutritional education, lifestyle factors (like sleep hygiene), stress management techniques, movement, mindset, and reducing toxins and other stressors. Each protocol is tailored to your unique, bio-individual needs.
I’ll provide on-going support through follow-up appointments and messaging through the Practice Better app and email. Health and healing are not always linear, so through communication and collaboration, we can update your protocol as needed. I’m committed to helping you find the best approach to reaching your goals, and making that journey as straightforward and sustainable as possible.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I focus on educating my clients on these five foundations of health:

In our time working together, we will review how each of these foundations impacts your overall health. You will also learn how to bring these foundations back into balance to start feeling better. Once you understand the foundations, you will be able to make decisions that are the best for you now and for the rest of your life. Program Length
I offer both a 3-month and 6-month program. True healing and building sustainable habits take time. We’ll meet twice a month for the length of your program to review progress and make adjustments to your plan as needed. Ongoing support between sessions is available through messaging on the Practice Better app. Each session is followed with detailed session notes outlining goals and recommendations as well as educational handouts and articles, recipe resources, meal prep tips, grocery lists, and more. I’m here to support you and provide accountability throughout your journey. I’m committed to helping you nourish your body and feel your best!
